Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Administration, Management or equivalent.
At least 6 months related work experience in Purchasing, Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Excellent negotiation skills and can maintain good relationship with supplier
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledgeable and experience in using social media and online markets for purchasing techniques
Flexible and can work under pressure
Computer literate (MS Office, Open Office), Internet savvy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
Keen on details, organized, highly analytical, resourceful and proactive

Job Responsibilities:

Research potential vendors.
Negotiate pricing contracts and credit terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.
Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions and update inventory discrepancies.
Can do multi tasking and able to meet deadlines.
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
