Job Description

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree/Graduate in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and
liaising with vendors).
• Good negotiation skills,
• Can adapt in a fast paced environment, keen to details and multi-tasking.
• With IMPORTATION/ EXPORTATION background is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in an Office Based Set-up in Quezon City.
• Full Time Position(s) available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Researching potential vendors.
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and
invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps
of the transportation process.
• Other related task may be assigned from time to time.
