Job Description

1. Answering calls mostly from agents and or clients regarding their order, pricing, and complaints.
2. Responding to emails or Facebook messages
3. Processing of Delivery Receipts, Material’s Requisition and other forms
4. List of Commitments
5. Pricing / sending of pricelist and quotations
6. Sole distributorship (upon request)
7. Tracking of Delivery Waybills
8. Following up client if there are pull-outs 60 days after they received the books.
9. Filing and organizing. Sorting documents and other stuff.
10. Monitoring Sales Form Inventory such as Delivery Receipt (DR), Material Requisition (MR), Packing List (PL).
11. Perform other duties that maybe assigned
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
