QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years in college, preferable a bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years in an operational management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bi-lingual channel (Mandarin)
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
