Service Crew/Cashier

The Service Crew/Cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service. This position involves handling customer transactions, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and cashier station.

Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
-Cashier Duties:
Operate cash register and process payments accurately
Issue receipts and handle cash transactions securely
-Food Preparation:
Prepare and assemble food orders according to company standards
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed
-Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and cashier station
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
