Job Description
Team Management: Lead and develop your team through training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster skill improvement and goal achievement.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling complaints and resolving issues to maintain positive relations.
Volume and Sales: Monitor sales performance, utilizing insights to craft marketing strategies that enhance revenue and market presence.
Budget Management: Formulate and oversee budgets, aligning them with both organizational objectives and financial goals.
Compliance and Safety: Guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulatory mandates, including staff training in these areas.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report to the Operations Department on key indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and strategize accordingly.
