Job Description

Job description:

1. Support, implement, monitor, and set-up the O365 environment in respect of the standards of the group and of the Support processes

2. Second level of operational support for Worldwide Essilor and subs, including O365 and SMTP

3. Automate tasks in scripting (powershell, GAM, Office scripts) to match with Business needs and improve the support, KPIs, workflows, and reporting

4. Coordinate with various parties for change request management operation.

5. Documents O365 configuration and architecture, update/create. Standard Operating Procedures, and brief team members and key users

6. Participate in emerging projects, and act at the technical level and as the liason for the rest of his/her department

7. Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the email system, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of these System Infrastructures

Job qualifications:

1. O365 Administration covering the full-site of products

2. Scripting (e.g. Office script, powershell, ansible, python)

3. OS Server: Windows Server 2003, 2017, 2012

4. OS Cllient: windows XP to Windows 10

5. Microsoft Active Directory

6. DNS - must have

7. Azure (or any cloud) Administration (nice to have)

8. Gsuite Administration n (nice to have)
