Job Description

Job Title: Creator Assistant (Contract Position)
Location: Remote
Compensation: ₱230/hr - ₱260/hr, depending on experience. Flexible working hours with earnings depending on your workload. You can take on as many clients as you want.
Additional benefits: Work from home, 14 days of paid leave per year

About the Role:
Are you good at organizing and creative too? We need a full-time Creator Assistant to help influencers and content creators stay on track. You'll handle various tasks and add a creative touch to your work.

To start, you'll work from 8 AM to 4 PM with a 2-hour break, Monday through Friday. Once you get the hang of things, you can start setting your own hours.

What You’ll Do:
Help the creator with communication and collaborations.
Find and reach out to brands for potential partnerships.
Follow up with brands to keep connections active.
Support the creator with tasks like social media scheduling and managing affiliate or coaching programs.
Design social media graphics, develop content strategies, write compelling captions, and schedule posts.
Maintain efficient communication via Slack and Notion.
Assist with administrative duties and other tasks as needed.
Support creators in basic video editing using Capcut for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok…)

What We Need from You:
1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools for various tasks.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Basic understanding of the UGC/influencer industry; willingness to self-educate using platforms like TikTok.
Ability to write marketing content in English.
Basic video editing skills with CapCut and graphic design skills with Canva.
Experience in social media and marketing.
Prompt communication via Slack and Notion.
GREAT attention to detail

Ideal Candidate
Prior experience working as an assistant for international companies. Experience related to influencers is a plus.
