Business Analyst (Loans/Lendings) - Up to 246k of Salary

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 9 to 13 years of relevant business analysis experience and expertise in core banking implementations and in-depth knowledge and experience in – loan management systems, retail banking, digital banking Trade processing, position management, and digital channels.
- Strong experience in Loan Management System functions, requirements, and processes and managing requirements with demonstrated large-scale implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience in delivering business analysis and requirements management activities for TEMENOS Transact / - Transact solution implementation
- Strong Business Analysis capability particularly in requirements management and coordination of implementation of large-scale programs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience in managing diverse sets of stakeholders and conducting effective workshops
- Excellence in managing business analysis documentation capabilities and in producing BA deliverables including business requirements, functional requirements, user stories
- Strong experience in process documentation and driving change management for leading banks in the Philippines
- Experience in data analysis and data migration involving Temenos Transact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
- Strong team player and good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in industry developments and trends in the relevant functional domain
- Experience in driving digital initiatives with business and operations will be an advantage
- Ability to adapt to different software development methodologies, e.g. Agile and Waterfall projects
