Job Description
· Ensures Food, Service and Cleanliness Quality Standards.
· Ensures achievement of prepared sales forecast.
· Controls customer complaints and coordinates any crisis occurences with the Crisis Management Committee, the prepares corrective action plan for customer complaints.
· Ensures manpower readiness and proper training of all employees ensuring their awareness and compliance to company standards,policies, rules and regulations and work procedures
