Job Description
• maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
• Prepares a summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.
• negotiates service contracts.
• Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquisitions.
• Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win bids.
• manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that ARs are paid.
• Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service.
• Works hand in hand with the customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every major.
• Provides the necessary personality for closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
