Dialysis Sales Representative

• Experience selling hemodialysis machines and consumables or related medical equipment.
• A successful track record of sales.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential.
• Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post-call.
• Attend meetings with the sales team twice a day.
• Development and implementation of a territory business plan to meet the territory target and, therefore, the business unit, the division, and corporate expectations.
• Managing and developing sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.
• identifying key customers within the territory and creating and developing solid relationships with them in order to promote the focus products and the company.
• Understand the competitors and their activities.
• Keep abreast of developments and trends within the market and supply this market information back to the company regularly.
• identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
• Plan and propose to management, for approval, any appropriate sales marketing strategy.
