Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for clients of Jasa Property Holdings, Inc., a leading firm in Real Estate & Property Management.
- Manage the front desk, including call handling, visitor management, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain professional environment, ensuring space presentation aligns with company standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks and coordinate with different departments to facilitate client services.
Job Function as Leasing Staff:
- Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective tenants through application and lease-signing processes.
- Maintain accurate data on prospects and residents, ensuring first-class customer service aligning with company values.
- Support marketing initiatives, prepare leasing documentation, and facilitate effective communication between departments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in leasing or real estate.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales skills, proficiency in MS Office and property management software, excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties as Leasing Staff: Assist with the leasing process, including tenant screenings, preparing lease documents and conducting property tours; maintain and update leasing records; address tenant concerns and inquiries.
- Responsibilities and Duties as Receptionist: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, maintain reception area, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support.
