Content Writer

Email marketers engage through the inbox of potential clients with their ingenious tactics to maximize open rates of their content, making sure that the materials get the right exposure to the right people.

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Grow our email list organically, not through bought or rented lists.
- Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
- Ensure messages are sent in the proper form and template.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
- Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
- Send messages to those who have opted in for messages.
- Create a database of emails for lead generation.
- Include persuasive call-to-actions in advertisements and promotions.
- Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
- Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
- Develop and code the list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns and communicate requirements to the
primary database vendor.
- Handling web form fills, chats, and other website leads, including positive email engagements. - replies, clicks, opens.
- Immediate engagement with leads as they interact with our client's landing pages.
- Timely follow-ups to capitalize on lead interest and urgency.
- Conversion of inbound leads.
- Lead qualification and nurturing
- Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO

Skills Required:
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
- Excellent project management skills are specific to marketing.
- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
- Drive, ingenuity, and gumption.
