Job Description

About you:
As a Product and Data Enrichment Coordinator, it's essential to employ thorough judgement and interpretation when selecting guidelines or procedures to follow. This process relies on collated data to determine the most effective methods for enhancing our product and ultimately improving the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in Product, Supplier, and Data Enrichment Coordinator. Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating product data, and enriching data sets for improved insights.
Proven track record in administrative tasks, analysing pricing structures, and efficiently managing inventory to meet organisational goals.
Familiarity with purchasing practices suitable for operations of similar scale and complexity, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
Skilled in utilising database, word processing, and spreadsheet applications to organise and analyse data effectively.
Capable of researching equipment and supply needs, similar products on the market and recommending optimization strategies for better conversion.
Expert in data enrichment is the process of enhancing your data by combining internal or existing data with quality third-party data.
Advantage but not required to have prior experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop) and content management systems (Shopify, WordPress, Magento, Squarespace, HTML, NetSuite).
Acquainted with Asana, Monday.com and ClickUp platforms
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other business units.
Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing, ensuring clarity and precision in all communications.
Possess exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and projects.
