Restaurant Systems Officer

Job Description:

-Gathers and analyzes store data for accurate manpower, equipment capacity, layout, and business/store process standards resulting in an optimized business model.
-Designs and implements effective store management systems resulting in a high level of management team’s efficiency.
-Develop, implement, and monitor effective store planning and tools that will optimize the use of raw materials, store equipment, facilities, and other resources of stores.
-Designs and implements efficient service systems (POS and Kitchen) that will ensure delivery of products to the customers at the right quality, quantity, and time.

Qualifications:

Education:
-Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (or at least BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management)

Experience:
-At least 2 years experience in process improvement/development or restaurant systems.

Skill/Other Requirements;
-Must be Microsoft Office proficient
-Must be willing to undergo field works (different sites)
-Can work with minimum supervision
