Account Manager for Advertising Solutions Company

2 Account Manager ( OOH, Advertising)
With 5 years experience in Marketing or in Advertising Agency.
Skilled in Billboard (OOH) and/or Special Execution Advertising.
Experience both in traditional and non-traditional advertising requirements is a plus.
Maintain client servicing.
Sourcing of new accounts.
Maintaining good relations with current accounts.
Coordinating with various departments to communicate properly the needs and wants of the client.
Established relationship with previous clients is preferred.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Mass Communications,
Marketing or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
 Generating leads and reaching out to prospects
 Communicating and gathering information on a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines as well as
understanding the core challenge that the client is facing
 Creating project proposals and costings for presentation and submission to client
 Negotiating and closing engagements with clients
 Setting expectations, milestones, and timelines for project deliverables
 Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles
 Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project
alignment.
 Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
 Creating or consolidating presentation decks
 Assisting in research – gathering and consolidating data from desk research or third party agencies to
be ready for analysis
 Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
 Preparing regular project updates and reports
 Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
 Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
 Reporting and escalating to management as needed

SALARY 35k -45k with higher commission
