Job Description
Coordination with Client. (Date of Pick Up, Truck to Use, Panels size to pick up.)
Coordination with Sales. (Coordinate what is the priority to produce, and everyday update of on going projects.)
Coordination with Production (Everyday counting of panels produce, monitoring everyday purchase.)
Delivery receipt for pick up orders
Making and releasing Production Order.
Reporting to Supervisor, Estimator Engineer, Client, Sales, Plant Manager after pick up.
QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any four-year course or BS Accountancy is an advantage.
With at least 1 year of work experience
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of office equipment and MS Office applications.
Maintain files and records with effective filing system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
13th month salary
