Manage teams of sales managers and their property specialists.
Provide marketable and feasible place for sellers.
Provide feasible plans for the division.
Provides marketing and sales strategies.
Recruit and train sales managers and property specialists.
Provide reports.
Provides marketing and sales activities for the division.
Make plans and strategies to hit sales quota.
Achieve sales target.
Continuous recruitment of 3 Sales Managers with 3 Property Specialists each
