Job Description
Provide marketable and feasible place for sellers.
Provide feasible plans for the division.
Provides marketing and sales strategies.
Recruit and train sales managers and property specialists.
Provide reports.
Provides marketing and sales activities for the division.
Make plans and strategies to hit sales quota.
Achieve sales target.
Qualifications For SD:
- Minimum of 5 years Real Estate experience
- At least 2-3 years of Team Management experience in Real Estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, committed & target driven
- College graduate.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage!
- Salary:
- 50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
