- Bachelor's degree in any computer/IT and/or Sales & marketing related courses.
- 5 or more years of experience in managing sales in an IT corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding leadership ability.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations in the Sales and Marketing Team.
- Create a strategic sales plan that will help the company expand customer's reach, increase market share and profitability.
- Manage accounts and ensure the overall satisfaction of the customers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals / quotas.
- Salary:
- 50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
