Payroll Accountant

The Payroll Accountant in the Finance as a Service team collaborates with the Client's Payroll, Finance, and

Treasury departments to prepare employee salary statements, process payments, and maintain compliance with

accounting practices and regulations. They report to the Head of Finance and Administrative Services, acting as the

Account Manager (AM) to ensure smooth Payroll Operations and timely financial reporting.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
Excellent understanding of accounting regulations, particularly Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or shared-service environment
within the Financial or Banking Industry.

Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Exceptional attention to detail and solid analytical skills.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
