Job Description
- College graduates preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.
- Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
- At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)
- Communicate and interact in a professional manner
- Negotiate/persuade others for the Company
- Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
- Supervise sales team and support services
- Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level
- Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients
- Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
- Salary:
