Summary Statement:
The Account Auditor will be responsible for checking the quality of communication of each Account Chatter while making sure that everyone follows the limitations set by the influencers. The role is also responsible that the process created by the agency is strictly being followed in a timely manner in accordance with guidelines set, communicating with the Training Department if any specific training is required in order to run the pages the way the Influencer wants to be represented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit Influencer pages making sure Mass Messages are being sent in a timely manner.
• Works hand in hand with the Creator Representative, knowing key points to monitor while doing quality audits for each page.
• Determine if any specific training is required for Account Chatters in order to meet the rules set by the Influencer and agency, communicating what needs to be addressed by the Training Department and holding them responsible for the pages’ success.
Qualifications:
• Only Fans experience is not required but highly preferred.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Influencers’ rules and agency standards.
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to organize, prioritize, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Schedule
· $5/hour and 12-hour shifts are mandatory five days a week (Paid time off after 12 months of employment)
