Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Engage in a diverse range of legal matters with our lawyers, especially in transactional legal issue that demand high accuracy, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Draft, revise, organize, and review other documents such as complaints, affidavits, agreements, corporate documents, and applications to Government agencies.
• Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
• To attend meetings for the behalf and interests of the Company, including but not limited to, meetings, and conferences with representatives of governmental agencies or of private entities.
• Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis.
• Address administrative matters as necessary to support our lawyers.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for client management, particularly in administrative matters
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Two (2) or more years’ experience as a Paralegal or in a relevant field.
• Must be College graduate preferably with a strong educational background in Law.
• Knowledgeable about legal procedures and can assist the legal counsel in the preparation of legal documents.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to function effectively in busy, team-oriented environment.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, precision, and the production of error-free work.
• Possess a can-do attitude, consistently seeking ways to assist fellow team members in accomplishing upcoming tasks.
