Job Description
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with experience
-Strong Organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Effective communication skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-Computer literate (MS office, excel & PowerPoint)
JOB DESCERIPTION:
-Assisting in contacting clients regarding overdue payments and resolving payment discrepancies.
-Maintaining accurate records of all collections activities, including correspondence and payment arrangements.
-Collaborating with internal departments to address client inquiries and disputes promptly.
-Providing regular updates on collections status to management and participating in collections meetings as required.
