Job Description

Responsibilities

• Taking care of incoming calls and correspondence.
• Overseeing the filing system.

• Word processing, document upkeep, and paperwork updates.
• Assisting with upkeep and organization of shared workspaces.
• Carrying out errands and routine office clerk responsibilities.
• Planning a trip by making the necessary reservations for lodging.
• Organizing activities as required.
• Preserving an inventory of supplies.
• Doing necessary maintenance on office equipment.
• Offering assistance to clients upon request.
• Prior virtual assistant experience.
• Establishing, preserving, and adding data to databases.

Requirements

• Graduate of any business course or alike
• Prior work experience in an office assistant role or a similar one.
• Capacity to assist with word processing when needed and write clearly.
