Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years or more related experience
• Proven experience in corporate strategy and marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Experience in market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Willingness to travel as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement corporate strategy and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Define target markets, customer segments, and positioning strategies.
• Lead the development of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
• Drive innovation and creativity in marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in marketing activities.
• Prepare and present marketing reports and recommendations to senior management.

SALARY:
