Job Description
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in performing Business Analysis in Software Engineering or Software Testing
• Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis or BugZilla
• Good understanding of the project lifecycle, documentation, standards and methodologies
• Experience in writing Business Requirements, Business Process Documents, and Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Experience in defining and documenting process workflows for system implementation
• Experience in writing test plan, test cases, test execution and test reporting
