Process Devt Specialist/1 yr experience/Salary 18000 - 20000

Responsibilities:
Develop a cost and process-efficient manufacturing process of new or improved products by working closely with Product Development Specialist in creating the most appropriate processing design.
Ensures that all new and existing products are validated against food safety standards.
Continuous process improvement of existing products.
Validate the shelf life of products with new or improved manufacturing processes.
Validate that set standards are consistently met from Batch Run to Commercial Production.
Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management Systema and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
Several years of experience in process development or manufacturing, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or chemicals.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including unit operations, equipment, and materials.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA guidelines (for pharmaceuticals) or ISO standards (for other industries) is a plus..
