We're hiring a Customer Service Representative in Iloilo City - Iloilo.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Show excellent communication skills

Needed Qualifications:
*At least two years of college (equal to 72 units) with at least six months of lateral experience.
*College graduate (at least six months of work experience. (Candidates with excellent communication skills but no BPO experience are welcome!)
*Strong customer service orientation and good analytical skills.
*Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing.
