Job Description

Job Function: Responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for positions under the assigned business unit/zone/hub account.

Responsibilities:

· Source required talents

· Select the identified potential fit

· Onboard talent

· Create special projects on sourcing channels and recruiting events

· Manage reports and feedback

Qualifications:

· Graduate with a bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management & Development

· TA Specialist (Supervisory level) of at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience**

· TA Assistant (R & F level) with 0-2 years or TA Specialist (Supervisory level) of at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience;**
