Graphic Designer

1. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
3. Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
4. Produce high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand identity.
5. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials.
6. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software, and incorporate new techniques into design projects.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
8. Work closely with printers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate production of materials.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly.
7. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
8. Familiarity with web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
