Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will handle transactional accounting and end-to-end financial reporting preparation:
Financial reporting
Prepare and process month-end work and other reporting deliverables.
Complete balance sheet reconciliation and ensure balances are legitimate and properly supported.
Maintain fixed asset register, prepayments, and monthly journals.
Ensure all expenses and revenues are accounted within the reporting period.
Manage intercompany transactions for all entities assigned.
Prepare working papers for tax lodgments and regulatory requirements.
Work and deliver against Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines.
Refine standardized processes for each area of service offered, e.g., trust account/bank
reconciliation, month-end accounts, AFSL financial compliance, and budgets.
Document processes in accordance with standardized documentation requirements.

Degree in BS Accountancy is a must.
Fresh graduates who are CPAs but with no work experience yet are welcome to apply.
Willing to work on hybrid set-up (3days RTO).

Salary range:
Fresh graduate – CPA w/o work experience – up to 30K gross.
Professionals with auditing/accounting related work experience for more than 1 year - up to 32K gross.
Professionals/CPA with 2 years or higher auditing/accounting related work experience - up to 40K gross.
