Job Description

We are currently looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Chat Support Associates.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn as much as 18,000 PHP per month.

Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets

Qualifications:
At least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in typing and multitasking to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
