Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
With minimum of 10 years working related experience in technical support role
With experience in analyzing IT security threats in real-time and mitigating these threats
With ability to ensure that newly acquired technology complies with the IT security regulations regulations
With experience in managing the continuous maintenance of the IT devices
Ensuring that no internal breaches or misuse of data take place.
With ability to determine the cause of internal and external data breaches and
instituting appropriate corrective action.
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Can providing support remotely when necessary.
Documenting common support procedures that coworkers can follow
With knowledge in information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 or the like.
Presenting regular feedback reports on IT security to the superiors and the
management.
Writing and presenting annual data summary reports for management review.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willing to be assigned at Brother Industries, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas.
