Job Description
Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is looking for a dedicated qualified professional who possesses the following qualifications:
JOB TITLE: Systems Analyst
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for Payroll and HRIS software implementation.
• Analyze client needs, workflows, and processes to identify system requirements and functional specifications. System Configuration and Customization:
• Configure Payroll and HRIS software solutions based on client requirements and technical specifications.
• Assist in the customization of system settings, workflows, reports, and user interfaces to meet client-specific needs.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects, issues, and discrepancies, working closely with stakeholders to resolve them. Documentation and Training:
• Conduct end-user training sessions to educate clients on system functionality, features, and best practices
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in HRIS or payroll software implementation.
• Has strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, benefits administration, and HRIS functionality.
• Proficiency in MSSQL and other related databases; and reporting tools.
• Experience with Payroll and HRIS software platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis, system configuration, and software testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
