Warehouse Team Leader

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse.

Warehouse Team Leader Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
2. Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
3. Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
4. Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
5. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
6. Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
9. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring.
10. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates.

Qualifications :
- College Graduate of four year course
- With strong background in Warehouse management
- With leadership skill
- Good in communication - Both oral and written
- Can start asap
