Job Description
Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialist involving food safety standard procedures
Determine and manage Food Safety Policies, Processes and Procedures to meet regulatory requirements
Establish and/or Update existing Food Safety Documentation
Perform Compliance Audits, Inspection and Verification activities to all suppliers
Provide Internal Food Safety Training to Food Handlers annually
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology or equivalent related field
Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field; from Food Service, Catering or Retail Business
