Job Description
1. Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric Project
- Site inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirements
- Review of applicable codes
- Schematic/concept design and perspective
- Design development of engineering design
- Architectural and interior design
- Property and Space planning
- Architectural and interior design working drawings and contract documents
- Assessment, review, and validation of preliminary and final / actual design
- Development of technical specification
- Sign and seal design plans, contract documents, building and occupancy permit application forms and other project requirements
- Design coordination and clarification
QUALIFICATION:
- Registered Architect
- Must be proficient in these softwares: Lumion, SketchUp, VRay & AutoCad
- Min. of 2 years work experience in Building Designs
- Work Location: Pasig (willing to relocate or residing)
Work Schedule: Full time On-Site, 5 days, Monday-Friday
