Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced licensed Architect to lead the creation of plans and designs for major buildings and groups of buildings. As a signatory on projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our architectural endeavors.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a signatory on architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to acoustics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Utilize expertise in 3D modeling tools such as V-Ray, 3D Max, etc., to enhance the visual representation of designs.
Maintain a high level of proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Acrobat.
Ensure accuracy and precision in all architectural drawings and documentation, including the preparation of drawings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with a PRC License.
- 4+ years of experience as a site/project Architect (must be licensed).
- Excellent technical drawing skills, with the ability to read and interpret plans.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as V-Ray, 3D Max, Revit, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous projects, emphasizing acoustics design, is a plus.
- The role requires on-site presence from Monday to Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
