Job Description
Speaking to people who want to sell their homes.
Help the home seller identify if there are any problems with their house.
Explain property values to them using company software.
Keep track of your different opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with different CRMs, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Proficient in using real estate tools.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable computer, either desktop or laptop.
Stable internet connection.
Backup device and a backup internet service provider.
Dedicated workspace.
Headset and webcam.
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Work from home
Full-time role
Schedule: TBD EST
Rate: $4/hour
