• Plan, design, research, write, and edit various documents, including user guides and manuals, technical specifications, training materials, user policies, and proposals.
• Establish, communicate, and maintain documentation standards, ensuring that documentation remains current and active.
• Create Process Documents / Documentation.
• Create and update technical manuals and publications.
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, operations, and user documentation.
• Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
• Create, edit, and format technical and non-technical content into clear, concise, and readable documents and graphic templates.
• Research and gather technical and background information for inclusion in project documentation and deliverables.
• Manage projects.
