Job Description
Provide first-line support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, network devices, and software applications across the organization.
Monitor IT systems to ensure security protocols are maintained and to identify any operational issues.
Manage user accounts and permissions, including setup, removal, and troubleshooting access problems.
Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT support ticketing system, ensuring clear communication and follow-up with users.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Stay current with technology trends and developments to suggest improvements for IT infrastructure.
Coordinate with external vendors and support services when necessary.
Conduct regular training sessions for employees on IT best practices and system usage.
