Job Description

The maintenance staff’s roles include inspecting different equipment and performing any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. He is responsible for conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment, repairing machines or structures as necessary, as well as driving employees to and from work or offices when needed.

Qualifications:
Must have a registered or valid driver’s license.
Proven maintenance experience.
High school diploma.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working.
Strong time management skills.
