We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager with a strong background in corporate accounting and a focus on the construction draw process and managing third-party stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate accounting, with secondary verticals such as private equity or hedge funds also considered. This role requires fluency in all core aspects of the accounting function, with Yardi experience being a plus. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven history of team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the corporate accounting team, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the construction draw process, including reviewing draw requests, coordinating with project managers and lenders, and ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and auditors, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, staying abreast of changes and developments that may impact the business.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
- 5-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on the construction draw process and managing third-party stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in real estate accounting is highly preferable; experience in private equity or hedge funds will also be considered.
- Fluency in all core aspects of the accounting function, with Yardi experience being a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter mentality; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; advanced Excel skills are required.
Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
