Job Description

This role is an open-end contract position with a hybrid work setup. Please apply only if you are amenable to these terms.

The Production Team Leader is responsible for monitoring the daily activities and ensures volume and quality standards are achieved. They coordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequence to maximize productivity. They also identifies process problems, trouble shoots cause and develop solutions.

Qualifications:
Must be a PH Registered Nurse.
Had clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
At least 2 years of experience working as a team leader in a BPO healthcare production environment.
Strong knowledge in production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Posses leaderships qualities, analytical mindset, effective written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, flexibility to adapt, ability to work with a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR tools.

Utilization Review: 2 years (Preferred)
Clinical Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
BPO Healthcare Production Environment: 2 years (Preferred)
Team Leader: 2 years (Preferred)
