Job Description

Cash Op Lead Supervisor | Nightshift
Salary: PHP35000/month
Location: Ayala,Makati

We are seeking an experienced Cash Op Lead Supervisor to oversee our cash operations and provide leadership to the cash handling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cash operations, ensuring accuracy and security of cash transactions, and implementing cash handling policies and procedures. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to train and mentor cash handling staff, resolve cash-related issues, and collaborate with other departments to optimize cash flow processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash operations or cash handling
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of cash management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Proficiency in MS Office
