Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Brand Management

- Work in collaboration with the brand marketing manager, other line managers and, sales & marketing director, and respective teams to develop 360-degree marketing campaigns that involve; trade marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, and other teams in line with business objectives across different channels, while being mindful of allocated budgets and timelines.
- Study and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to design or adjust brand strategies – including the creation and updating of regular brand status reports.
- Create decks and other visual materials that illustrate various campaigns.
- Perform and review analysis on the health of our brands, including the success of our brand marketing campaigns.
- Develop and Execute campaign plans and content outputs for assigned product, brand, or segment thereof, including brand presentations, in-store/sales promotions, activation programs, digital marketing initiatives pricing, and other implementation strategies.
- Effectively & efficiently manage cross-functional campaign projects, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination while adhering to budget constraints and project schedules.
- Develops brand and business-building insights founded on a holistic understanding of consumers across channels and categories to be used in combination with shopper and customer insights.
- Initiates out-of-the-box ideas and campaigns that would help strengthen brand awareness, equity, and integrity.
- Ensures consumer centricity in all brand-related activities.
- Coordinates with external suppliers to execute campaigns based on what’s needed
- Contributes to the development of strong and functionally aligned brand plans; execution; tracks and monitors impact on brand performance and brand health.

Social Media Management

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies together with digital marketing to promote our brand and products.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Manage our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and regularly update content to maintain a strong online presence.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally to address customer needs and concerns.
- Drive engagement and interaction with our target audience through creative and interactive social media campaigns and contests.

Community Management

- Crafting clear and well-written messages quickly. Deliver copy/communications that are actionable, engaging, influence behavior, and move metrics.
- Create and implement social media strategies to increase community engagement & followers.
- Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience teams to create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content.
- Responding and interacting with community member’s inquiries & comments in a timely manner to keep the community engaged and thriving.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related course.
- With at least 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Brand marketing management, or any related field is required.
- Excellent project management, marketing, and administrative software skills.
- Must be familiar on how to evaluate market research and consumer behavior, as well as the entire marketing mix.
- Demonstrate a level of proficiency in the complexity of social media, writing, project management, and in creating dynamic content.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Love for beauty and skincare is a plus!
