Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for formulating annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans for the team, and supervising their execution.
2、Based on the company's overall strategy, disaggregate departmental online operation indicators, guide team members in their work content, assist in operational work, and monitor results, taking responsibility for the outcomes.
3、Comprehensive management of various departments in the company, communicating and coordinating with department heads, and handling various affairs.
4、Maintain normal operation of the company, improve company efficiency, promote corporate culture, and enhance team cohesion.
5、Responsible for the operational planning and strategy formulation of the chatter operations team
6.Responsible for the performance of the entire company.
7.Other Assigned Tasks:Completion of other tasks assigned by superiors.

Data Analysis:

1、Monitor and analyze operational data at various stages, responsible for regularly outputting conclusions, such as conversion rate, payment rate, acceptance rate, and other dimensions.
2、Identify potential problems based on operational data, provide timely feedback, and solve problems.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above.
2、Over 3 years of management experience.
3、Proficient in English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4、Sensitive to data, with good insight and analytical skills.
5、Proficient in using office software.
6、Good management skills, able to lead the team to improve execution.
7、Responsible and meticulous in work.
8、Strong team building and communication skills, with the ability to handle pressure.
